Mother Nature & Modern Technology

We've had a great week here in Juneau - it's been raining sideways, wind gusting, white caps out in the canal, and overall just some real stormy weather. This pic is the current view from right outside my sewing room window. I can hear the waves crashing on the rocks below and I'm watching those spruce trees swayin' with the wind.

Great time to stay inside and work on projects:)

Now for the "rest of the story". Unfortunately this great weather has downed a tree right over our telephone lines! Which of course, puts a bit of a crimp on the efficiencies of modern technology. Because of our location wireless and cellphone service is intermittent at best...so we really rely on our landlines to provide the most efficient service.

We hope to be up and running again REAL soon, but please bear with us as we wait for our services to be reconnected. This DOES NOT impact our ability to fill orders or answer your inquiries, so please do not despair in that regard;)
